Contactly is built by Contactly Pro for teams whose contact data lives in a dozen half-maintained spreadsheets and CRM exports.
What the product does
You drop in a CSV, an Excel workbook or a Google Sheets link. Contactly detects the columns, lets you map them to a common schema, previews exactly what will change, then merges everything into one master list. Duplicates are found using normalised email and phone matching that you control, and every import is recorded in an audit log you can export.
Privacy by design
Imported contacts are processed in your browser and stored locally on your device — they never reach our servers. Exports are also generated locally, and are sanitised so that spreadsheet formula payloads cannot execute when a file is opened elsewhere.
